Refund policy
Return Window You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Request a Return Email us at dimas.adstraffic@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of our decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
